Specializing in the production of “Salàm de la Bergamasca,” a typical product of the Bergamasque valleys, the salumificio employs traditional methods: from carefully selected raw materials sourced from certified Italian farms to the slow curing process that enhances flavors and aromas. We created photographic content to visually narrate the story and values of the Alborghetti Salumificio, highlighting the artisanal care and deep connection to the region that make its products truly unique.
